If you have an appointment booked with us already we would have either contacted you or will be in contact with you as soon as we can in regard to postponing your appointment. We have disabled all reminders so you should not receive them.
As you are aware vouchers have expiry date. We will honour vouchers bought directly from BEAUTIQUE
if you have a voucher that was bought direct from us which is due to expire soon please email us with the voucher code as we can redeem these prior to your appointment.
If you have purchased a voucher from an external company and you had not pre booked your appointment with us we would advise you to contact them directly to see if they will extend the expiry date, unfortunately this is not down to BEAUTIQUE. If you had an appointment pre booked with us you will be contacted. We can redeem these prior to your appointment if you wish, alternatively you can apply for a refund from the provider.
Unfortunately as we are yet to have details on when we will be reopening we are unable to take future bookings. When we have this information will contact everyone who had an appointment pre booked with us to re issue an appointment.
