When you visit BEAUTIQUE™ please follow these guidelines
Please come alone where possible
Ensure consultation forms are completed prior to your appointment as this may result in a shorter treatment time.
Arrive at your appointment time
Face masks must be worn unless you are exempt - please note ALL our clients are our top priority those who are exempt will not be challenged by our staff or others, respect each other always.
Avoid touching retail products unless you plan to purchase
Testers currently unavailable - please ask a member of the team to help you
Patch tests are ESSENTIAL - these are required if you have had covid or vaccine
Please be kind to our staff, this is all new to us and we are following Government Guidelines which have been set out. We understand their may be some frustrations but please be kind.
Due to the nature of our business we have always had strict hygiene and cleanliness throughout our salon, on our tools and work stations so we hope you wont see too much of a change in the way we work.

If you have a voucher that was bought direct from us which is due to expire soon please email us email@example.com with the voucher code as we can redeem these prior to your appointment.
If you have purchased a voucher from an external company and you had not pre booked your appointment with us we would advise you to contact them directly to see if they will extend the expiry date, unfortunately this is not down to BEAUTIQUE™. If you had an appointment pre booked with us you will be contacted. We can redeem these prior to your appointment if you wish, alternatively you can apply for a refund from the provider.
